“The combination of illegal alien apportionment, flawed censuses, and unconstitutionally racially gerrymandered districts created an artificial 40+ House seats for Democrats,” Miller stated. He emphasized, “40 Democrat House seats wouldn’t exist but for illegal aliens!” This assertion highlights how the practice distorts representation, giving disproportionate influence to areas with high concentrations of non-citizens at the expense of American citizens in other states. Miller frames this as a form of electoral manipulation that undermines the constitutional principle of representation based on the citizen population.

In response, President Trump has directed the U.S. Department of Commerce to plan a new and highly accurate census that excludes illegal aliens from the population count used for apportionment. Miller has pointed to the 2020 Census as having been rigged through legal challenges that forced the inclusion of illegal aliens, contributing to what he describes as the overthrow of the government on November 3, 2020. He praised Texas for taking a corrective step against this “ocean of fraud” by the Democrat Party, noting that the U.S. Supreme Court has supported related efforts to address these issues. This push aims to restore integrity to the system by ensuring House seats and Electoral College votes reflect the will and population of American citizens.
